THE FIVE DIMENSIONS
Lower end: selective about closeness and comfortable protecting private space.
Middle: able to alternate between independence and active connection.
Higher end: energized by coordination, belonging, and shared momentum.
Lower end: inclined to learn by moving and adjusting in real time.
Middle: comfortable combining reflection with timely action.
Higher end: inclined to gather context, compare patterns, and decide carefully.
Lower end: more likely to influence gently than to push a position.
Middle: able to state a preference without making every moment a contest.
Higher end: ready to make direction visible and act with conviction.
Lower end: most comfortable when expectations and routines stay dependable.
Middle: able to adjust while keeping a stable center.
Higher end: quick to reframe, improvise, and change routes when conditions shift.
Lower end: open to influence and often willing to keep options relational.
Middle: able to negotiate access while still naming important limits.
Higher end: clear about standards, ownership, and what must be protected.
Neither end is automatically better. A high boundary coordinate can create clarity and protection; it can also become rigidity. A lower boundary coordinate can create openness and negotiation; it can also make limits harder to state. Interpretation depends on context.
ADAPTIVE LOGIC
The first eight situations cover the full signal set. When one creature is clearly nearer than the alternatives, more questions would add friction without much information. When the nearest profiles are close, the quiz asks only the clarifiers relevant to that ambiguity, up to 12 total.
LOCAL-FIRST
Answer scoring, result generation, result-code comparison, and the basic share card run on the device. Aggregate product analytics are designed not to contain answer selections or result codes. Optional purchases use a server only to verify payment and issue access.
LIMITS & RESPONSIBLE USE
A Wildprint result can offer vocabulary for reflection: what you selected today, which trade-offs appeared repeatedly, and where another person may choose differently. It cannot establish a stable psychological trait, predict behavior, determine mental health, or replace a validated assessment.
Results may change with context, mood, interpretation, and experience. Treat the animal as a memorable hypothesis. Keep what creates insight, question what does not fit, and never use a result to reduce another person to a label.
METHOD FAQ
Everyone answers eight core situations. The test may ask up to four clarifying questions when the nearest creature patterns are still close.
No. Scoring is deterministic and runs in your browser. Each answer changes one or more of five visible coordinates, which are compared with fixed creature profiles.
No. Wildprint is designed for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not clinically validated and should not be used for diagnosis, hiring, education, medical, or relationship decisions.
The quiz scoring and comparison run locally in your browser. Wildprint does not require an account or email for the free result.
