How to use these animal personality types

An animal type is a metaphor, not a box. Each profile combines five visible signals: how readily you connect, how long you deliberate, how directly you assert, how quickly you adapt, and how firmly you protect boundaries. Nearby animals can share strengths while expressing them in different ways.

Use the profiles to name a pattern, compare situations, and start a better conversation. Do not use them to diagnose someone, make a hiring decision, or declare a relationship compatible or incompatible.

Each guide explains its traits, signal pattern, strengths, pressure response, relationships, and a practical growth experiment.

Familiar patterns

Fox, Owl, Wolf, Dolphin, Elephant, Cat, Otter, and Tiger profiles use familiar animal imagery to make common behavior patterns memorable. The metaphor does not claim human traits come from animal biology.

Blended patterns

Phoenix, Dragon, Griffin, Unicorn, Selkie, Mosswing, Emberhorn, and Tideglass give a name to combinations that do not fit one familiar animal cleanly.

A transparent result, not an AI guess

The free test takes 8–12 situation-based questions, scores in your browser, and shows why your closest animal matched. Read the method or start the quiz.
